Accessy is a digital platform where property owners can easily distribute access, rights and permissions to locked spaces such as offices, meeting rooms, premises or apartments.

In the spring of 2019, Castellum, together with a number of leading real estate companies and the industry organization Fastighetsägarna, started the joint company Accessy. The goal was to create an independent operator for the development of digital keys that simplifies for both property owners and office workers.

Since 11 January, the service has been live on a large scale at Castellum's coworking company United Spaces' newly opened arenas at Torsgatan 26 in Stockholm and City Hall in Uppsala, respectively. Today, just over 250 members have a digital key in their mobile phone that easily opens doors in the entrance and other parts of the workplace. The service is accessed via an app and will be implemented in Castellum's properties and United Space's arenas in 2021.

With Accesy, property owners can easily distribute access, rights and permissions to locked spaces such as offices, meeting rooms, premises or apartments. The platform can also be used to provide access to various services such as deliveries, alarms, waste management and other services. In addition to improved functionality, security also increases with better control over who stays in the property and when.

“Existing access solutions to properties today consist of locked systems, which makes it difficult to handle and hampers development. You can explain Accessy as a counterpart to the mobile payment service Swish. Digital keys will make life easier for our customers and ourselves as property owners.
